ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On November 1, 2022, Intuit Inc. announced that it reiterated the GAAP and non-GAAP operating income and earnings per share guidance for the fiscal year ending July 31, 2023 that it reiterated at Investor Day on September 29, 2022. In addition, Intuit announced that it expects to report results for the first quarter of fiscal 2023 above such previously reiterated guidance. A copy of the press release is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.01.
