Electronic Delivery

Simply enroll in the electronic delivery service and you will be automatically notified by e-mail when annual meeting materials become available on the Internet. Once enrolled you will have the ability to view your shareholder communications online, including annual reports and proxy statements, or by printing them out at your convenience. Included in the e-mail will be a control number and link to proxyvote.com where you will be able to cast your votes online. Enrollment will include electronically available shareholder communications for all securities that you hold in your brokerage account. Your enrollment will be effective until canceled. Electronic delivery is a convenient and more efficient way to receive annual meeting materials and also helps the company save money by conserving natural resources. To receive electronic delivery for all of your accounts, you must enroll for electronic delivery for each account in which you hold Intuit stock. For example, if you have Intuit shares held in your own name and Intuit shares in a brokerage account you must enroll for electronic delivery for each of those holdings.
